After photographing homes in the Aspen area for almost a decade, Aspen Architectural Photography restructured in 2008 to create Mountain Home Photo and Brands & Kribbs Photography.
Mountain Home Photo was created specifically for the real estate and property rental market. Our background in high-end residential photography translates easily to the real estate and property rental world.
In February of 2011 Mountain Home Photo expanded coverage to include Telluride, Colorado, and Park City, Utah. We’re very pleased to be working with accomplished photographers Barton Glasser in Telluride, and Ed Kosmicki in Park City. Both have received professional awards for their outstanding photography.
Who we are:
Michael Brands is owner and lead photographer in Aspen, Colorado. “ There is a sense of satisfaction when we help our clients and homeowners make the sale. I know we’re a small part of the team, but we are an integral part of the team, and I enjoy that. When a broker says ‘the photographs sold the house’ (this does happen, by the way!), well, that’s about as good as it gets.” An Aspen resident since 1994, he enjoys all the things the Aspen area has to offer, both in terms of natural environment and small town community. He is also a proud member of the Aspen Volunteer Fire Department. He and his wife Naomi have two little girls, Josie and Alex.
Ed Kosmicki covers the Deer Valley/Park City area. Ed has been a full-time professional photographer since 1983 and has built an extensively diverse portfolio of news and business images along the way. He is a recent transplant to Salt Lake City from the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado where he has created images since 1998 for lenders, real estate brokers, public relations entities, educational institutions and the international news media.
Barton Glasser has been living, playing and photographing in the Telluride area since 2005. As a Colorado native Bart loves all that the area has to offer, indoors and out, but occasionally wishes there was a beach nearby.
